Each patriotic holiday like Memorial Day, Veteran's Day, 4th of July, and a few others, the city puts out flags on light posts all over the town. My favorites are the ones on the Esplanade. I have wanted to get a picture of them and blog about them for a while now, but today there was a DOUBLE rainbow (can only see part of it here)...and it was right behind the flags....*yeah, I was driving. haha, see the windshield wiper just about to mess up the picture!
